Qi Gong is a gentle, beautiful, ancient art that teaches how to harmonise the physical and mental using Qi. Through our special TCM approach you will learn many posture and breathing methods to help you achieve ‘balance’, calmness, relaxation, self-healing and well-being.

Chinese Medicine Qi Gong is enjoyable, relaxing and easy to learn. The methods and movements taught have been passed down from Chinese Qi Gong Masters to Caroline Cai, our TCM Head Practitioner who is very experienced in Qi Gong and Taijiquan. These tried and tested ancient Qi Gong exercises (also called Chi-gung or Ki Gong) are part of our TCM holistic approach to health and are available to all those who wish to improve their physical and mental well-being.

General Health Qi Gong
Baduanjin "8 Pieces of Brocade" (a set of 8 Qi Gong movements to help improve health) and energy breathing techniques.

Tai Chi (Taiji) Foundation Exercises
Basic physical Taiji practices, such as Ding Shi (Beginning position -'firming the root'), Push Hands & Silk Reeling.

Internal Energy (Qi) / Meditation
Sitting & standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang).
